Basavaraj S. Pattanashetti
Principal Consultant & Director
Engineering graduate in Industrial & Production, PGDIRPM, and MBA in Operations & Total Quality Management, with 30+ years of experience across Production, Quality Management, Plant Operations and Manufacturing Excellence in automotive and allied manufacturing. Held roles including Operations Head, General Manager, CTO, and Plant Head. MSME LEAN & ZED Master Trainer under the Government of India's 'Make in India' initiative. Core strengths: stamping, tube bending & assembly, manufacturing excellence, shopfloor process optimization, wastage reduction, resource optimization, capacity expansion, and plant safety.

MSME Lean Consultant
Engineering graduate in Electrical & Electronics (Basaveshwar Engineering College, Bagalkot — Visvesvaraya Technological University), with prior experience lecturing at D. Y. Patil Engineering College, Pune. MSME Lean Consultant under the Government of India's 'Make in India' initiative, providing training on Lean Manufacturing tools including 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Quality, Problem Solving, and Material Flow.
